WeSelling
Products, services, digital downloads, people and payments. Connected.
No stock required
Consultations, repairs, memberships, e-books, music, PDFs and courses sit in the same catalogue as your stock. Each gets a cover image and a page of its own; a customer adds it to the cart and pays like anything else. A digital file is delivered by a one-time link the moment the payment settles.
Know what you have, what moved and what needs restocking. Across every branch.
Sell from a phone or a till. Take split payments and handle returns.
Cash, card, transfer or crypto. Reconcile every payment at the end of a shift.
Give each person the access they need. Keep control of everything else.
Turn attendance, hours and commissions into payslips.
See what is profitable. Export your accounts whenever you need them.
Sell products, services, e-books and music under your own brand.
Cover art, a preview page and an Add to cart button. An e-book, an album or a consultation sells exactly like something on a shelf.
Your dashboard puts setup first: payment method, published offerings, shop details and app icon. See what is left every time you log in.
Let customers browse, order and pay on a storefront that looks like you.
Your shop on their home screen, with your own icon.
Send order updates and new arrivals straight to your customers.
Connect your gateway or let customers submit bank transfer receipts.
Your setup to-do list stays at the top of your dashboard. Start with your bank account or payment gateway, then give customers something to buy.
Still setting up? Occasional email reminders bring you back to your own shop login with the next step to finish.
Your shop will live at yourname.weselling.store - or on your own domain, on the Complete plan.
Stablecoin settlement
Accept USDC and USDT on Starknet. Payments stay connected to the order, the receipt and your accounts.
Starknet is the live settlement network. A USDC or USDT transfer is verified against the real order, then carried into the same receipt, wallet and accounts as every other payment.
NEAR Intents routing is next: a customer pays from another supported chain while you stay on Starknet, and neither of you touches a bridge. Privacy flows, rewards and escrow are planned alongside it - none of them are at checkout today.
Our leeway campaign keeps your subscription free until we reach 120 business signups. No subscription payments. No credit deductions. Normal plan pricing resumes when the campaign ends or leeway is switched off.

Storefront
The whole system, and a shop your customers can order from.
Normally ₦500 / day. This rate resumes after leeway.
Normal pricing after the campaign
No card needed. No subscription payments during leeway.

Yes. Your subscription is free during our leeway campaign, until we reach 120 completed business signups or the campaign is switched off. We are not taking subscription payments, and your credit balance is preserved.
Normal plan pricing and top-ups resume when leeway ends. You will never be charged for days covered by the campaign. Customer payments for your own products and services continue as usual.
We support businesses across hospitality, hotels, barbershops, beauty & spa, pharmacies, events, general retail, fashion, restaurants, bars, and more. Instead of forcing every business into the same inventory structure, our system provides industry-specific inventory presets designed around how each type of business operates.
Choose a preset, customize it to your needs, and get started with a ready-to-use inventory structure — products, services, categories, units, pricing, stock tracking, and more — without building everything from scratch.
Yes. You use your own preferred payment gateway account.
WeSelling supports payment gateways such as Paystack, Flutterwave, and Nomba, but you are responsible for creating and managing your own account with the payment provider.
Once you have registered with your preferred provider, you can get your API credentials from their dashboard and add them to WeSelling → Settings → Payments.
Your payments will then be processed through your own payment gateway account.
WeSelling does not create the payment gateway account for you. You sign up with your preferred provider, obtain your API credentials, and connect the account to WeSelling.
It's straightforward:
Once everything is connected, you can start accepting online payments from your customers.
If you're unsure where to find something, use the search feature inside your WeSelling dashboard. You can search for the feature or setting you need instead of trying to find your way through menus.
You can also contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll help you through the process.
Yes.
You need to create an account with whichever payment provider you want to use, such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or Nomba.
Your payment gateway account belongs to you, and you manage your business information, verification, bank details, API credentials, and payments directly with the provider.
WeSelling simply allows you to connect your own payment gateway to your store.
Yes. You can also accept payments through bank transfers.
A customer can make a transfer and submit their payment receipt through your store. You can verify the payment against the money received in your bank account.
Once you confirm the payment, you can mark the transaction as verified and continue processing the order.
Yes, if the customer chooses to share their location.
For deliveries, customers can share their current location, allowing your business or delivery staff to view the location coordinates on Google Maps.
This works similarly to sharing your location on WhatsApp. Your delivery staff can open the location on the map and use it to find the customer's exact location.
Customers can also provide additional information such as landmarks, directions, or delivery instructions to make finding the location easier.
Yes. WeSelling includes CRM tools that help you understand and manage your customers.
You can see information such as:
This helps you identify your most valuable customers and build better relationships with them.
Yes.
You can create different staff accounts and assign roles and permissions based on what each employee needs to do.
For example, you can control who has access to:
You can also use the search feature in your dashboard to quickly find the relevant staff or permission settings.
Yes. WeSelling supports geofenced staff attendance.
You can define your business location and use location-based attendance controls to help ensure that staff clock in from the appropriate location.
Yes. QR codes can be used across different types of businesses—not just hotels.
For example:
Hotels: A QR code can be placed inside a guest's room so they can request room service or other services without calling reception.
Restaurants: QR codes can be placed on tables so customers can scan, view the menu, and place orders directly from their table.
Large businesses and facilities: QR codes can be placed in different locations so customers, guests, or staff can request services from wherever they are.
When a QR code is scanned, WeSelling can identify the location or context the request came from and route the order to the appropriate department or staff member.
For example, a guest at a particular hotel room could request water. The request can be routed to the department responsible for fulfilling that request, along with the location where it needs to be delivered.
Yes.
WeSelling isn't limited to physical products. You can manage and sell:
This makes it suitable for businesses such as retail stores, salons, barbershops, spas, hotels, restaurants, event businesses, and other service-based businesses.
Yes. You can create and sell tickets through your WeSelling business.
This makes the platform useful for event businesses and other businesses that need to sell and manage admission or event tickets.
A complete business system: stock, sales, services and digital products, staff, payroll, attendance, accounting, VAT and a public storefront - plus a customer portal where your buyers track their own orders.
There is one price and one tier. Nothing is held back for a higher plan, there is no cap on staff accounts, no cap on branches, and no per-user fee. The only thing that is a separate conversation is your own domain, because that is work we do by hand.
₦15,000 a month, charged as ₦500 a day out of a balance you top up. No monthly commitment, no card on file, and no minimum: buy thirty days after a good week or five after a quiet one.
If your balance runs out you keep read access and your storefront stays up for a short grace period - you never lose access to your own data.
Nothing is deleted. You pass through a grace period where your shop stays open and everything works normally. After that your storefront stops serving customers, and you can still read and export every record you have - sales, customers, statements, payslips. Writing new records resumes the moment you top up.
The page that fixes the problem is never behind the problem.
No. Your storefront, your customer portal, your receipts, your installed app icon and your notifications all carry your logo and your business name. WeSelling appears only on your own admin login.
Storefront gives you the entire system and a shop at yourname.weselling.store, paid for by the day/month/year always recurring. Complete adds a designed landing page on your own domain (acme.com), email (me@acme.com) sent from it, and any custom integration you need.
The software is identical - what differs is the build and how it is paid for. Complete is a one-off project fee, then a yearly hosting and domain fee that comes out lower than a year of Storefront with a custom built landing page. Because every build is different, it is quoted rather than listed.
Yes, with no limit and no extra charge. Each branch keeps its own stock, wallets, cashier shifts and staff, with transfers between them. Head office sees everything; a branch sees its own.
Whichever you trade in. You choose once and every figure - prices, reports, receipts, payslips - is shown in it.
Yes. Export your sales, customers, financial statements and payslips at any time, in CSV or PDF. We handle the underlying backups so you do not have to.
Yes. Issue them at the counter or sell them from your shop, with your logo and your own artwork on the card. Each carries a code a customer can read down a phone - we leave out the characters people mishear, so there is no O against 0 or I against 1.
A card can be spent in parts: a customer with a 10,000 card who buys 4,000 of goods keeps 6,000 on it. Two tills cannot spend the same card at the same moment.
Correctly, which is less common than it sounds. Money taken for a gift card is a liability, not revenue - you owe that value in goods. Revenue is recognised when the card is spent, against what actually left the shelf.
So a redemption is a payment, not a discount. The sale keeps its full price and is settled by the card. Treated as a discount you would bank the cash at sale and then record a marked-down sale at redemption - a month of gift-card trade would read as a month of heavy discounting with cash from nowhere. Your outstanding gift-card liability is shown as its own figure.
Yes. Every ticket is unique, arrives by email, and is scanned at the door - checked in and invalidated in one action, so it cannot be used twice. You can put your own artwork on it.
Scanning can be delegated: invite security or a door team by emailed link, scoped to one event and a time window, without giving them an account or access to anything else.
Yes. A service is anything you sell that has no stock to count: a consultation, a repair, a membership that runs for a period, or a digital product - an e-book, a track, a PDF, a course. They live in the same catalogue as your stock, with a cover image, a page of their own and a preview gallery, and a customer adds one to the cart and pays for it exactly like a product.
The difference is what happens after. A membership is issued and its period starts; a digital product is delivered by a one-time link once the payment settles; a repair or consultation arrives as an order, like anything else you sell online. Nothing goes negative at close of business, because nothing was ever on a shelf.
Yes. You host the file and give us the link; we never store it and never serve it, so your download speed is your host's and there is no size limit we impose. Put it on Google Drive, Dropbox, MediaFire or Sync.com - all free to start - and paste the link into the product.
The buyer never sees your link. Once payment is confirmed they get a link of ours, which counts the download against their verified purchase and sends them to your file. Card, gateway transfer and crypto release it the moment they settle; a manual bank transfer releases it when you confirm the money arrived. Your Verified downloads report shows who collected and who has not.
The download is on the receipt as well as in the customer's portal - a QR code and the address in plain text - so somebody who paid cash across a counter and has no account still walks away with their file.
Yes. Set how many copies exist and it sells until they are gone, then shows as sold out on your storefront and is refused at the till. Leave it empty and it sells forever, which is what most digital products should do.
Copies are counted from your actual sales rather than from a number ticking down, so a cancelled order or a payment that failed halfway does not quietly eat one of your ten.
Yes, and you can say so when you sign up - bookshop, music, gallery, entertainment and online store are all there to pick from, and you are listed in the directory under what you actually do rather than as a generic business.
Sell the file, sell the print, sell the merch and sell tickets to the launch from the same catalogue, with one checkout and one set of books. A digital item can carry the details buyers ask for before they commit: pages, running time, file format, size, what licence they get and whether future updates are included.
The number worth watching is on your digital report: how many people paid and never downloaded. Those are refund requests that have not happened yet, and almost nothing else tells you about them.
Yes. Mark an item negotiable and a rep can agree a different price at the point of sale. The agreed figure is recorded against that sale, so margin and commission are calculated on what was actually charged rather than on a list price nobody paid.
Yes - the Radiohead model, on anything with a price: a product, a service, an e-book, a track, a ticket. Switch on Pay what you want for that item, and your price becomes the suggestion. Set a minimum if you want one; leave it blank and a fan may take it for nothing. There is no upper limit, because the people who want to pay more are the point.
It works on every way of paying. The buyer names their figure, it is written to the sale, and card, transfer, crypto or cash simply charge that total. An order that comes to nothing is confirmed on the spot and the download, ticket or membership is issued straight away. At the till, your rep types what the customer offers.
That is what the storefront is built for. Every product gets its own address that can be indexed and shared, with its own title, description, price and a live in-stock or out-of-stock signal. Your shop publishes its own sitemap, and your address, opening hours and social profiles are marked up in the format search engines read.
You are also listed in the WeSelling directory, which is itself indexed - a link from a domain gathering authority is worth more to a small business than anything they can do alone.
A public list of businesses on WeSelling, searchable by name, location, and what they offer. That includes hotels and hospitality businesses taking reservations, event organisers selling tickets, restaurants, retailers, and professional services - not only shops selling physical stock.
Visitors can sort by distance if they share their location, which is why it is worth dropping a pin on your branch. Businesses that have stopped paying are not listed.
Reading does: your catalogue and recent screens stay available, and the app is installable so it opens without a browser. Selling works offline for POS-terminal payments - the terminal captures the money itself, so the sale is real the moment it is taken. It is held on the device with its timestamp and syncs when the connection returns.
Cash and bank transfer are deliberately not accepted offline. Neither can be verified while you are disconnected, and a sale recorded against money that never arrived is worse than one you had to wait to record.
Yes, on 58mm or 80mm roll paper, from any printer your phone or computer already knows about - USB, Bluetooth or network. You print through your device's normal print dialog, so there is nothing to install.
The receipt is laid out in millimetres for the paper it is going on, not scaled down from A4.
Add our bot to a Telegram group or channel of your own and every sale, transfer and shift handover lands there. Telegram is where it should be set up, because a group can be tuned in ways a phone's own notification settings cannot.
Open the group, tap its name at the top, then Notifications. Turn off Mute and set it to a custom sound so your shop alerts do not sound like everything else on your phone. Switch Vibrate on. On Android, Importance set to Urgent puts the alert on screen instead of in the tray, and on iPhone the group can be added to a Focus so it comes through when everything else is silenced.
Pin the group, and it stays at the top of your chat list. One group per branch works well - each one is separately tunable, so the shop you are standing in can be the loud one.
No. Upload the file and everything goes in at once. Your column names do not have to match ours - “Product Name”, “Qty”, “Unit Price” and the rest are all recognised, and prices written “₦1,200.50” are read correctly.
You see exactly what will happen before anything is written: how many are new, which already exist, and which lines cannot be read and why, by line number. Categories and brands named in your file are created for you.
Yes, and you are told the morning one arrives. The day and month only - a shop needs the date to send a greeting and has no business holding somebody's age.
The useful part is that a birthday can arrive later than the customer did. Most records start as a phone number typed at a till, and nobody holds up a queue to ask. Your checkout asks, your staff can type one in whenever it comes up, and the customer can add or correct theirs from their own account - it lands on the record that already holds their orders rather than making a second one.
Yes, on every plan, and we do not charge for the integration. Paste your Google tag ID and your Meta pixel ID and we build the tags for you - nothing to paste wrongly. For anything else there are two boxes for your own code: a chat widget, a verification tag, whatever you use.
They run on your shop pages only - never on your dashboard and never on anyone else's shop - and they cannot read your sign-in session or see a payment, because card details are never on a page we render.
A phone. The whole system is built for a small screen first and scales up to a desktop. Staff can install it to a home screen and it opens full-screen with your icon.
Cash, POS terminal, bank transfer, card through a gateway, and crypto. Each keeps its own balance, so you always know what is in the drawer versus what is in the bank.
For bank transfers you can publish your account details and let customers upload their slip; you confirm the money arrived and the order moves on. Nothing is marked paid on a customer's word alone.
Yes, including the part most systems miss. Nigerian gateways charge a fee and then 7.5% VAT on that fee - not on your sale. On a 100,000 payment with a 2,000 fee that is 150, not 7,500.
That VAT is charged on a service sold to you, so it is recoverable input VAT: recorded against the payment and offset against what you owe when you file. It does not replace the VAT you charge your own customers.
Publish a Starknet wallet address and accept USDC or USDT. The customer pays from their own wallet, the transfer is verified on-chain against the token contract, and the order settles like any other payment. No exchange account and no wallet connection required.
In detail. Roles are built from capabilities rather than job titles, and any individual can be granted or denied something their role does not cover. A cashier can record a sale without seeing margins; a manager can see one branch and not another.
Yes. Staff clock in with GPS against their branch, and those hours turn into payslips alongside commissions and deductions. Staff enter their own bank details, so you are not retyping account numbers.
Yes. Sales are attributed to the rep who made them, so you can see revenue, order count and average order per person over any date range - and filter that by product, to answer what one person earned you on one line.
Turning up is reported separately from selling, deliberately. The two disagree more often than you would expect, and a blended score would hide exactly the case worth looking at.
Yes - output VAT on sales, input VAT on what you buy, and monthly filing periods with a return you can check before you file. Prices can be VAT-inclusive, which is the Nigerian retail convention, and a receipt says which so nobody reads an inclusive figure as an addition.
However suits you: in the app, as a phone notification even with the app closed, on Telegram in a group of your choosing, and by email. Orders needing delivery are flagged in the alert itself, so one never gets packed as a counter collection.
They can. A customer portal lets buyers sign in with a one-time code, track their orders, re-download receipts, collect a gift card or a download they have paid for, and upload a transfer slip if a payment needs sorting. It carries your branding, not ours.
Sessions are signed and expire; staff permissions are enforced on the server, not hidden in the interface. Business records are never hard-deleted - a removal is recorded with who did it and when - and sensitive actions are written to an audit log you can read.
Yes - products, customers and opening stock can be imported. Get in touch before you start and we will tell you the format that saves you the most retyping.
